Mothers in Circle

A Sacred Space for Mothers

Where you are held, seen, and nourished

An intentional gathering for mothers who are ready to come home to themselves — through breath, movement, ceremony, and the tender medicine of community.

What is this?

A circle
of
return

Motherhood asks so much of us. We give and give — and somewhere along the way, we forget that we, too, need tending.

This gathering is your permission to arrive. To put down the roles and the responsibilities for a few sacred hours, and simply be — a woman, a body, a soul in the company of others who understand.

Our time together is intentional and full of presence. Nothing here is rushed. Everything is held with care.

What we'll explore

Practices that awaken & restore

Breathwork

Conscious connected breathing to move energy, release old patterns, and access states of deep clarity and aliveness.

Sound Healing

Vibrational medicine through singing bowls and instruments to settle the nervous system and open the heart.

Somatic Movement & Dance

Free expressive dance and guided embodiment practices to drop into the body's wisdom and release what the mind holds tight.

Nature crafts & art therapy

Earth-inspired making, plant crafts, creative expression through mixed media as a pathway to the inner world.

Plant Medicine

Tea and Cacao ceremonies, herbal practices (making of tinctures, deodorant, infusions, bath blends, etc). Communing with the natural world for deep healing.

Yoga

Intuitive flows and movement with breath to ground the body and quiet the mind

This is a time for you to create, play, release, and connect — to give back to yourself with the same tenderness you pour into everyone else.

Is this for you?

You might be ready
if you are...

  • Craving time that is genuinely yours — not productive, not for anyone else

  • Longing for community with women who truly understand

  • Ready to release, play, and be held without performing

  • Feeling disconnected from your body or sense of self

  • Curious about somatic, ceremonial, or embodiment practices

  • A mother at any stage — new, seasoned, or somewhere between

Your guide

Jilana McIntyre

Space Holder · Ceremonialist · Guide

I created Mothers in Circle because I know what it is to be depleted, disconnected, and hungry for something that feeds you at the soul level — not just the surface.

I am a ceremonialist and embodiment facilitator with a deep love for the wisdom of the body, the power of women in circle, and the transformational potential of intentional, held space.

In our time together, you will always be met where you are. There is no pressure, no performance — only presence.

Come home
to yourself

Gatherings are intimate by design. Space is limited.
